What we collect

Why we use it

We rely on your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) for contact on WhatsApp and for advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping our website secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business:

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag). Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the UAE, the EU and the UK, these stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing cookies for this site, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you and then for up to 24 months, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal obligation. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR), you may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw consent. Email consult@techazhon.com and we will respond within 30 days. To stop WhatsApp messages at any time, tell us in the chat or by email. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and by storing IP addresses only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
